Subject to Yahoo's discretion as to the acceptance and timing of entries (see below), reservations for a specific date are made by Yahoo! on a first-come, first-served basis, following receipt of both this signed contract and a check. If the particular start date requested by Sponsor is full, Yahoo! will reserve a spot for Sponsor's listing on the first available start date following the requested date. If no spots are available in the week requested or in the subsequent three weeks, Yahoo! will notify Sponsor that no reservation will be made.
 
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Cost for a one-week posting is $1000 net for a one week posting.
2. Sponsorships will not be reserved without a signed contract and $1000 check. Yahoo will reserve a position for Sponsor's listing on the Web Launch page in the first open week within four weeks of the Start Date requested by Sponsor, for a period of one week. If there are no such openings available at the time that Sponsor submits a signed contract and purchase order, Yahoo! will notify Sponsor that no reservation will be made.
3. Sponsor will receive a thumbnail position on Yahoo's Web Launch page, consisting of a 120 by 60 pixel, non-animating GIF file less than 4 KBytes in size, a 91 by 33 image on a rotating banner, plus 160 character site description, each containing a link to Sponsor's URL. Placement on the page will be at Yahoo's discretion. Yahoo reserves the right to modify the GIF file to fit in the allotted space.
4. Terms of payment: Payment in full and signed contract must accompany sponsorship reservation.
5. Restrictions: Yahoo reserves the right to refuse any Sponsorship request (including any GIF file or requested text), or to cancel Sponsorships that do not fulfill the obligations set in the contract. Yahoo makes no representation as to the number of times Sponsor's URL link will be accessed and no guarantee that usage statistics will be equal to any published numbers at any given time. Yahoo shall not be held liable for any claims as they relate to said usage statistics. Yahoo reserves the right to cancel the Web Launch page at any time without prior notice and without liability (other than a pro rata refund based upon the number of days the listing appeared).
